Return and Refund Policy – Ender Sale

At Ender Sale, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as intimate goods, perishable products, or customized items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@endersale.shop before sending the item back.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank or credit card company.
